For practical sports, study athletics, football, basketball, volleyball, hockey, handball, tennis, table tennis and badminton. Understand the skills, equipment, rules, officiating and safety requirements for each.

You should also prepare physical fitness, hygiene, sports nutrition, drugs in sports, sports injuries, first aid, adapted Physical Education and sports administration.

Do not prepare Physical Education by reading alone. Combine your syllabus and textbook with regular practical training because Paper 3 is a Performance Test.

Use the complete syllabus as your main checklist and practise WAEC past questions alongside your sporting activities.
