Please make sure you use your school end point in that number 1. In my answer, you will see that i used 12.50cm3. Make sure you use what your school used. So try edit my 12.50cm3 and put yours, then recalculate. Meaning that you should replace my 12.50cm3 with your school’s end point anywhere you see it on my work. Some school got 12.90cm3, 13.00cm3, some even got 18.50cm3, etc 
MORE EXPLANATION:
You should use ur school average titre value in number 1a because each school have their general titre value for their students which should differ a little with their fellow classmates due to errors encountered during titration in the lab. So when you see 12.50cm3, you should check the range ur school got during the titration in the lab, ur chemistry teacher must have taught how to input ur values and he/she must have given you an average titre value. So, use it to edit our solution. Some school got 13.00cm3, 12.90cm3, 15.50cm3, etc. You should edit and recalculate the Number 1bii by editing our 12.50 there with ur school value. But if ur school, got ranges like 12.30cm3-12.70cm3, then u can use my 12.50cm3. Its difference is always +- 0.2… Just take note. This is applicable in number 1a and 1bii.

Conc. in g/dm³ = molar mass * conc in mol/dm³
But molar mass of Na2S2O3
=(23*2)+(32*2)+(16*3)
=46 + 64 + 48
=158g/mol
Therefore 15.8g/dm³ = 158g/mol * conc of A in mol/dm³

Conc of A in mol/dm³ = 15.8/158
=0.1mol/dm³

Using CaVa/CbVb = na/nb
0.1*12.50/Cb * 25.00 = 2/1

50Cb = 1.25
Cb = 1.25/50
Cb = 0.025mol/dm³

The conc of I2 in B = 0.025mol/dm³

Gram conc of I2 = molar mass * molar conc
= (127*2)*0.025
=6.35g/dm³

Percentage mass of I2 in sample = 6.35/9.0 *100%
= 0.7056 * 100%
=70.56%

There have to be a change in the colour of the mixture before it is added. The end point is known when the blue colour formed as starch is added, changes to colourless

2019 WAEC SPECIMENS PRACTICALS ON CHEMISTRY
CHEMISTRY PRACTICAL SPECIMEN:
1. Great care should be taken to ensure that the information given in items 2 and 3 below does not reach the candidates either directly or indirectly before the examination.
2. In addition to the fittings and reagents normally contained in a chemistry laboratory, the following apparatus and materials will be required by each candidate.
(a) one burette of 50cm³ capacity.
(b) one pipette, either 20cm³ or 25cm³. All candidates at one centre must use pipettes of the same volume. These should be clean and free from grease.
(c) the usual apparatus for titration.
(d) the usual apparatus and reagents for qualitative work. Including the following with all reagents appropriately labelled.
(i) dilute sodium hydroxide solution.
(ii) dilute hydrochloric acid.
(iii) dilute trioxonitrate(v) acid
(iv) silver trioxonitrate(v) solution.
(v) barium chloride solution.
(vi) aqueous ammonia.
(vii) lime water.
(viii) red and blue litmus paper.
(ix) dilute tetraoxosulphate(vi) acid.

(3) Each candidate should be supplied with the following where n is the candidate’s serial number.
(a) 150cm³ of sodium trioxosulphur sulphate(vi) solution in a corked flask or bottle, labelled “An”. These should all be the same containing 6.0g of Na2S2O3 per dm³ of solution.
(b) 150cm³ of iodine in potassium iodide solution in a corked flask or bottle labelled “Bn”. These should all be the same containing 2.5g of I2 and 1.67g of KI per dm³ of solution.
(c) One spatulafull of a uniform mixture of NaCl and CuCO3 in a specimen bottle labelled “Cn”. The components of the mixture should be in the ratio 1:2 by mass
4. In all cases, more materials may be issued if required.
5. The actual concentrations of A and B must be stated on the Supervisor’s Report form. The candidates will assume that the concentrations are exactly as stated in the question paper.
